Favorite Lipsticks for Spring
All girls should love a good lipstick! I stick to pinks and plums because it's me and it's what I feel most comfortable in! Today I am sharing my favorite lipsticks for spring! These lipsticks could be worn with a basic tshirt and shorts or a fancy dress with heels. :)
Mary Kay Sheer Lipstick in 'Posh Pink' - I like this lipstick because it is very sheer. It is less pigmented since it is supposed to be light and wearable. Perfect for a natural look! It is also moisturizing! It actually took me awhile to figure out how to open this lipstick. Lol! You have to press the clear part at the top down then the lipstick pops out. Ha! Letting you all know in case you buy it!😉
Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in 'Unapologetic' 210 - This is a beautiful coral color and would look even more gorgeous on tan skin! This balm is super pigmented and moisturizing! I have heard it is a great dupe for MAC 'impassioned' lipstick. Be careful. A little goes a long way with this balm!
Maybelline Color Sensational lipstick in 'Pink Sugar' 686 - This is a light medium pink with a semi-matte finish. It's bright but not to over the top. I sometimes apply more coats to build up more color. It is very pretty with just one coat too! This is also pretty pigmented,
Clinique Long Last Soft Matte lipstick in 'Petal' - Petal is a beautiful color and my favorite look is when I pair it with Lorac Alter Ego lipstick in 'Goddess'. It's a perfect plum color with a hint of pink. Just like the name says, the Clinique lipstick is long lasting and a soft matte. I really want to try more colors because this is an amazing formula!
Lorac Alter Ego lipstick in 'Goddess' - As a mentioned above, this is a beautiful plum color. I love the formula and it is a great matte lipstick that does not dry or crack. It is very hard to find a matte lipstick that is not drying, but I would say this one is pretty good! It literally fills like velvet on your lips AND it is very pigmented! This would look so beautiful on tanned skin!
Dior Addict Lacquer Stick in 'Lazy' 577 - Y'all have heard me talk about this lipstick very many times. It is so wearable and feels like a moisturizing lip balm! That is why they created this lipstick! The color I choose is pretty neutral but, there are many different colors available. This is a perfect lip balm/stick for everyday. If you want to look put together but not to glam, this would be for you.
Sephora Ultra Shine lip gel in 'Pin Up Pink' #17 - I know I said this post was about lipstick, but how can I not throw a perfect Spring lipgloss in here. Lipgloss has always been my best friend. I love how pigmented and moisturizing this formula is! I have a sample of this and I love it so much. It is tempting me to go buy the full tube! There are some colors on sale too!
Gerard Lip Gloss in 'Pink Tiara' - Another gloss! This is such a pretty bubblegum pink! I love wearing it over lipstick or just alone. It even has a mirror on the side with a light! How cool! It is super handy for when you need to touch up your makeup, even at night!
